Swimming pool - my little fishes

Gabi and Patrick love swimming pool. They feel so comfortable in the water and it makes me so proud! I am so happy that they are doing so well! Other people really notice them. I love them so much!!!

Summer

We spend a lot of time outside this summer. We play games, run around or just sit and enjoy nice weather. It is such a pleasure!

We caught one frog. I was holding her and Gabi and Patrick were touching her head. Gabi said that the froggy was cure and wanted to kiss her. Yaks!

We loved catching light bugs. We found so many and just watched them light up. It was such precious night.

We did not have a playgroup last Friday so kids were chilling out in the back yard. It was so hot so I brought out a water table. They decided to clean everything. Isn't that an awesome idea?

Safety town in Elmhurst

Every Thursday during the summer Elmhurst open Safety town for kids. It is a mini town with streets and kids learn how to drive/ride safely on their bicycles. It is such a neat place for children.

Patrick does not know how to ride the bicycle. His legs are still to short, but he had a great time anyway!

4th of July!!!!!!!

For the 4th of July weekend we went with our friends to Michigan. We rented a huge house at 565 Weirich Dr. Saugatuck Michigan. The trampoline there was a hit and the small city and two beaches were great as well.. we spent a wonderful time with our friends, grilled together, went for the bike ride and ice cream. I wish we could stay there much longer than the two days we did.

2,5 hour drive made them tired, we had soooo much staff, the only thing not used was small swimming pool

Vacation Bible Camp

Last week of June Gabi went to Vacation Bible School at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Elmhurst. It was first time we ever did bible camp. She liked it - especially the songs. Everyday they had someone who came and sang songs with them, someone else came to talk about God and being thankful for everything around and another person who had craft project. They also went outside to play at the playground. One week, 2,5 hours a day and only $10 - sweet! This year the whole program was called PandaMania.
