Jazz dance

Jazz dance is a new Gabi's love. She gave up gymnastics for Jazz dance classes. We got her jazz shoes and now she practices, performs home "shows" all the time.

 

 

2015 Snow day

Monday 2/2/15 was off due to 5th largest snow fall in Chicago. Gabi and Patrick spent majority of the time outside in the snow. We were drying coats, glows, snow pants all day long.

Korean BBQ

My coworker's mother in law owns this place. We went to try some new food with a group of friends. Patrick did not want any, but Gabi and a ton! She is a meat lover:)
On the way home we stopped for desserts and took a family picture at the Oasis.

Lego

Patrick lost interest n Lego blocks at home. He barely plays with them. However, when we go to the library for open play, he still creates interesting scenes. Here, guys were fighting and one of them cut off another's head.

Frozen on Ice

Everyone loves Frozen. With Gabi taking an ice skating classes, it was obvious that we had to go to see the show. It was amazing, with the lights, costumes, extra effects. It was a great mommy & Gabi date:)

Gabi's fake glasses

Gabi's friend Izabella needs to wear glasses. Gabi loved the idea and kept asking me to the eye doctor because she thought that by just going there she can wear one. We found the fake kind at on of the stores. She was crazy about them for the first 2 weeks. At least she had this experience:)

Everyday life

Any free moment they have, with no supervision, they play IPods. Patrick's #1 game now is a Shadow Fights. He begs to buy him diamonds so he can by additional weapons. Gabi is into Minecraft. They also like to watch Minecraft YouTube videos.
