Another busy tax season

It is a mid busy tax season. I work many hours and don't spend as much time as I wish with Gabi and Patrick. Grandma Teresa is visiting from Poland and helping us out with laundry, cooking and cleaning. Gabi just advanced to Turtle II in her swimming class and now few months short from her 4th B-day she swims with 7-year-olds! I am so proud of her. She talks A LOT! I had my "be quite" moment on Sunday:) But I am not complaining - just reporting:) Weather is getting warmer, we changed time last Sunday and this week Gabi goes to bed after 10PM. Jacek took both of them to the park and Gabi went on Big Girl swing first time! She is growing too fast!!!!

Patrick is such a sweetheart. He is such a good eater, loves playing balls with a tennis rackets and smiles most of the time. He has a flu now so nights are tough for him with his staffed nose and cough. Otherwise he is so much fun to be around. He follows Gabi everywhere. One minute they love each other and another they fight about everything. Gabi got crazy about butterflies tattoos. Her arms and belly are covered with them. Patrick wanted to get them too:)

Zabawa karnawalowa - pizza party at Polish school

Dzis poszlismy na Bal Karnawalowy w Polskiej Szkole im. sw. Faustyny. Bal odbyl sie w budnynku Saint Paul School przy 150 W. Army Trail Blvd. in Addison. Gabi chodzi to grupy mlodszych przedszkolakow. Obojgu bardzo sie podobalo, byly tance, zabawy i pizza. Gabi i Patryk najwiecej bawili sie balonami

Patrick's first haircut

We shaved Patrick's head on Saturday. He was so good, no crying or screaming. He just looked at himself in the mirror. I lost my baby boy, he is now big toddler boy!

2011 Skating

On January 9th we went skating. Gabi did it first time in her life ans she was amazing. Not only she looked super cute but she also did great on skates. Everyone looked at her because she is so tiny but was able to stay up on ice.

Jedrzej Indebski

Gabi loves this boy. She keeps watching it and tries to dance like that. She picks up her shirt to show her belly. She is hilarious.

New Years Celebration

We celebrated New Years Eve at Marcelek's and Nella's house. There were more kids from our blog and we had really, really good time. Gabi and Patrick lasted until 11:30 pm. We actually celebrated New York's Happy New Year since I was not sure if they could stay up that long.
